Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Human Resources Technology / Solution Architecture & Engineering in Colombia and Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Apply best development and design practices and participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.




Work with teammates to migrate older applications to current Java and cloud technologies
Develop, refine, and tune continuous integrations between applications.
Analyze and resolve technical and application defects with excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time.
Provide third-level support to business users.
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Empresa confidencial’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Integral Sales
Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls
