PurposeContributes to the overall success of Global Procurement Services department serving the global enterprise ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Applies knowledge of procurement best practice and general business practice to enable transactions with suppliers on Empresa confidencial’s Source to Pay (S2P) systems that is consistent with Procurement Policy and Procedures, and other related policies. • Applies knowledge of procurement policy, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)



to respond to inquiries related to Integral Procurement Policy and Procedures, and other related policies.• Provide end-to-end source to pay support to stakeholders and ticket management related to Procurement Technology for intake, supplier risk assessment, contract management and purchasing (including invoicing and payment)• Communicates and provides education about the improved controls and efficiency gains of migrating to official Empresa confidencial S2P technology platform(s). Maintains S2P training materials on intranet sites. • Support Procurement Technology operations by resolving system issues, guiding users, and managing catalog and contract processes. Collaborate with employees and suppliers on Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities, including catalog maintenance, sourcing support, invoice processing, and procurement guidance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
