About the Company: We are a land investing business focused on identifying undervalued land parcels and creating profitable deals.
About the Role: We are looking for a County Research Specialist to help us identify the best counties in the U.S. for land acquisition based on specific investment criteria. Your research will play a critical role in determining where we focus our direct mail marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and select U.S. counties based on detailed investment criteria that we will provide.
- Research key county data points such as population growth, property values, rural/urban mix, land availability, and market activity.
- Provide data-backed recommendations with clear justifications for each selected county.
- Work closely with our team to meet timelines for mailing campaigns.
- Understand and track performance expectations (i.e., number of seller calls generated per campaign)



and adjust recommendations based on results.

Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in online research and data collection.
- Familiarity with tools like DataTree, PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in real estate or land investing (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and compiling reports.

Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in online research and data collection.
- Familiarity with real estate tools.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate or land investing.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and report compilation.

Pay range and compensation package: Compensation: $4 to $6 per hour.
