Descripción
- Implement internal controls required by S4 in accounting processes.
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet and income statements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring financial and administrative budgets.
- Contribute to the development of new or revised accounting systems, programs and procedures.

Accounting
- Manage financial derivatives and IFRS 16 (Leases if applicable).
- Attend and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor provisions.
- Approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Payments
- Approve and manage weekly payments.
- For LATAM, negotiate wire transfer.

Reports
- Review and approve trial balances in month end closing.
- Review and approval multibook reports in month end closing (If applicable).
- Review Lucanet reports,



including trial balance and movement schedules.
- For LATAM, approve payroll.
- For NAMER, booking payroll into the corresponding accounting system.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The Senior Accountant serves as a business partner planning and executing activities. This role involves training, supervising, managing, and mentoring accounting staff, feedback on their performance and identifying additional needs within the department.

Required:
- Degree in Accounting
- 4-5 years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with accounting software; knowledge of ERP Netsuite preferred.
- Proficiency in written communication in English.
