Overview
Zensar is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Bogota Colombia. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities. Training will be provided, and the position requires on-site presence 3 days a week in Bogota.
Must Have:
- Advance English and Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of overall customer engagement experience, with at least 2 years in customer support or related field.
- Exceptional interpretation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
