Are you an experienced real estate agent living permanently on Costa del Sol, looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact buyers who want to buy their dream home and/or invest in a property.
- Maintain ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties for sale.
- Build long-term customer relationships and work efficiently.
- Take initiative and work independently while offering creative solutions.
- Adaptable working hours; be on site for viewings when the customer is available.

Qualifications
- Experienced and driven real estate agent who loves sales and doing business.
- Strong initiative, independent work ethic, and creative problem-solving ability.
- Driving licence, own car, fluent in English and Swedish; additional language skills (Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish,



Polish) considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
