Your Role

Responsibilities

As an IT- Application Support Team Lead (Latin America), you are responsible for leading the region's Level 1 and Level 2 Support resources while contributing to advanced technical case resolution. This is a hybrid leadership and technical role,



combining team development and operational oversight with hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis. You will act as the regional leader for Latin America, ensuring alignment with integral support frameworks and partnering with internal stakeholders (Level 2 & 3 Support, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, Finance) and Quartex Customers. Your day‑to‑day will involve:
- Team Leadership & Operations: Leading day-to-day operations of Level 1 and Level 2 support in Latin America; monitoring ticket queues, backlog, and workload distribution to maintain operational stability and efficiency.
- Escalation & Incident Management: Acting as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases; participating in Major Incident Management and supporting post‑incident review processes.
- People Development: Conducting regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning; identifying capability gaps and implementing targeted tr
