We’re seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist who thrives in short-form video content. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and optimizing engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is critical to shaping how users discover, engage with, and remember our brand.
Success in this position means consistently producing eye-catching, trend-aware video content that drives reach, shares, and engagement—while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with our product and marketing teams to bring key features and updates to life, using your creativity and instincts for what works on social media.
- Create original short-form video content from concept to final cut, tailored to TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Stay up to date with current social media trends and adapt them into branded content
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar with a clear content strategy




- Collaborate with internal teams to turn features, news, and product updates into engaging video narratives
- Monitor performance of content and apply learnings to improve engagement and reach
- Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar for editing
- Repurpose and optimize content across platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand voice
- Ensure all content aligns with accessibility and inclusion best practices

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience creating video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
- Strong portfolio of short-form video work (please include links)
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
- Understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and audience engagement
- Familiarity with social analytics and insights tools (native platform analytics or tools like Metricool, Later, etc.)
