Job Overview

TransUnion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery across Latin America. You will be responsible for executing regional hiring plans, managing a team of 4 recruiters across Mexico and Colombia, and partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver hiring outcomes in a matrixed, multinational environment. You will own Talent Acquisition from planning through execution, partnering with our business leaders on hiring needs, leading recruiters, optimizing workflows, setting clear KPIs,



and using data to continuously improve performance.

As the Recruiting Manager you balance hands‑on hiring with team leadership to oversee hiring activity supporting a significant growth agenda, including approximately 200 planned hires across Latin America in 2026, while navigating country‑specific employment practices and ensuring consistent execution aligned to integral talent acquisition standards. You will coach your team of recruiters, ensure adoption of AI tools and create a proactive team, focused on delivering quality candidates at speed, while creating and nurturing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
