We’re looking for an Interim IT Operations Support Resource to support a large-scale laptop deployment project across the region. If you have hands‑on IT support experience, enjoy working in fast‑paced environments, and feel confident supporting users in English and Spanish, this opportunity is for you.
Temporary Assignment – 3 months
Responsibilities
- Prepare, image, and configure laptops for deployment.
- Assist in organizing and executing deployment events, including equipment handover.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance during user setup.
- Troubleshoot first‑level hardware and software issues related to deployment.
- Maintain deployment records, tracking logs, and user acknowledgments.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure adherence to deployment standards.
- Follow daily plans and schedules defined by the project lead.

Qualifications




- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or hardware deployment roles.
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS and basic software configuration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Ability to travel within Latin America when required.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting large‑scale hardware rollouts.
- Experience collaborating with distributed IT teams in multinational environments.
