Overview
Healthcare Assistant Recruiter who will perform full-cycle recruiting, focusing on medical positions.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition for Healthcare positions.
- Clearly understands and verifies the requirements of open positions with the hiring manager.
- Manages a high volume of requisitions for multiple locations.
- Sources potential candidates from the applicant tracking database, internal candidates, and external sources.
- Effectively utilizes media sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.).
- Review all resumes/applications and submit them to the Hiring Manager on a timely basis.
- Respond to candidate inquiries, including internal candidates.
- Maintain a system for recurring or standard projects.
- Assist team members with projects as needed.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required.
