WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Lead deals from first conversation to close — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and negotiating directly with decision‑makers.
- Take ownership of your pipeline and build momentum through both outbound and inbound channels.
- Refine and test messaging that resonates with support and operations leaders across industries.
Build and Scale the Sales Engine
- Develop creative ways to source and engage new leads — from outbound sequences to partner introductions.
- Shape our early playbooks around ICP, qualification, and outreach strategy.
- Help define key metrics for forecasting and performance as we grow the team.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing to align campaigns and generate demand.
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities.
- Share real‑time customer feedback to help guide product development and strategy.
Be a Builder
- Bring curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity to every part of the process.
- Introduce efficiency into how you work — whether through automation, systems, or process improvements.
- Help shape the foundation of our sales culture and future team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMB and mid‑marke
