You will work cross-functionally to align commercial strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure long-term account performance.* Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.* Develop and implement solutions with customers to enhance product competitiveness and outcomes.* Build and maintain senior-level and C-suite relationships to drive market expansion.* Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization and growth initiatives.* Define, track,
and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales success.* Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies.* Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.* Ensure achievement of account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.# What you will needRequired:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing C-suite stakeholders and strategic or corporate accounts.* English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).Preferred:* Experience in medical device companies.Travel Percentage: None
