Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Production Specialist located in Bogota, D.C. The Design Production Specialist will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs, managing graphic production workflows, and adhering to brand guidelines. Responsibilities include the use of Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to various design projects for marketing materials, presentations,



and digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including knowledge of principles such as color, typography, and layout
- Strong skills in Graphics creation, including digital and print production
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Art Direction, including visual storytelling and creative ideation
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in a design production role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
