Associate Launch Specialist – Job Overview
As an Associate Launch Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the app setup and onboarding experience for our restaurant partners. You will balance a portfolio of accounts across various stages of the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth, KPI‑driven process.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for restaurant owners so that they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence
- Coach and educate restaurant owners on best practices for online ordering, supported by data and SEO insights from our product team
- Work on projects and initiatives to improve internal processes
- Provide relevant product feedback to our engineering team to impact the Owner platform design
- Partner and collaborate successfully with cross‑functional teams
all at various stages of the onboarding journey

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
