Role Summary and Impact

The Bidding Platform Specialist Senior is responsible for the implementation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Kwai, and others. The role ensures execution aligns with general standards and guidelines, minimizes execution errors, enhances campaign performance through effective bidding and optimization strategies, and delivers clear, accurate,



and actionable reports. Additionally, the specialist provides leadership and operational support to internal teams, resolves campaign‑related issues, and maintains transparent communication with clients to ensure they understand campaign performance, processes, and results, ultimately driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Skills and Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Kwai, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, bidding strategies, campaign monitoring, and optimization.
- Intermediate Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
- High analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to minimize errors and improve campaign performance.
- Intermediate English proficiency with clear communication and strategic thinking skills.
