About The Role




Dialectica is building the infrastructure to scale—from a $150M services‑led business to a general product and insights platform. Our newly formed Central Go‑To‑Market team is the operational backbone of this transition, ensuring our systems, processes, and data enable high performance across Sales and Account Management. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the build‑out of our go‑to‑market engine. This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and excited to take ownership of the tools and data that drive commercial decision‑making. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and evolving our HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, smooth implementation, and reliable reporting.
