The contract execution assistant will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely manner while collaborating with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and SGS.

Job Functions
- Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws
- Collaborate with the business development team to renew expiring rate agreements and draft rate agreements with new clients
- Collaborate with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and SGS.
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
- KPI Reporting




- Maintain client certificates on insurance, provide credit reports to the accounting department and generate monthly KPI reports related to financial performance.

Requisitos
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
- 5-7 years experience in contract review

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Language Skills
- Ability to communicate ideas with team members and clients to keep everyone apprised of contract related matters.
- Financial skills are necessary to evaluate whether or not a contract would produce profitable results for the company.
- Working knowledge of business law is necessary to effectively negotiate contract terms that mitigate legal risks to the company.
- A sense of urgency is necessary to promote execution of new business opportunities.
