Tax Senior Assistant

Key Responsibilities




- Tax Compliance (Core Focus):
- Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax returns, including VAT (IVA), ICA, Corporate Income Tax (Renta), withholding taxes, and other statutory obligations, ensuring full compliance with Colombian tax regulations.
- Tax Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and reconciliation between accounting and tax bases. Analyze tax impacts and variances to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Regulatory Monitoring:
- Stay up to date with changes in Colombian tax law and ensure their proper implementation in internal processes and client deliverables.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, tax authorities, and internal teams, providing guidance on tax matters and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Support Tax Audits & Reviews:
- Lead and support tax audits (internal and external
