This role

We are looking for a Telesales Manager to lead the evolution of our sales channel into a scalable, AI‑driven model. In this role, I will define the channel strategy, optimize the customer journey, and drive growth through tools such as voice bots, automation, and API integrations.



I will own both the telesales channel and the AI solutions that power it, leading their implementation and continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams across a global scope (Mexico and Brazil). This is an individual contributor role with high exposure to multiple stakeholders, adecuado for someone with a strong analytics background (SQL is a must, along with dashboarding and performance monitoring), experience in commercial and martech environments, and a clear focus on results, conversion, and customer experience. Advanced English is required.
