- Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, comprehension)
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and U.S. health insurance
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Great telephone etiquette and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients and work independently
