Job Description

Talent Development Manager

Key Job Responsibilities
- Eight years’ experience of enhancing company competitiveness by designing organizations that comply with business strategy, and by acquiring, nurturing and managing talent.
- Talent management processes, including performance and workforce evaluation, development, and succession planning.
- Leading the performance evaluation process for leaders and individual contributors.
- Prepare key HR indicators, identify areas of opportunity and support the development of related action plans.
- Designing a recruitment process and job descriptions with managers.
- Leading the mentoring program for leaders and individual contributors.
- Plan communication, team meetings, approval processes and team-building activities.
- Provide support to resolve complex employee relations issues and perform investigations if needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,



International Business or Communication.
- Eight years' experience coordinating and implementing wellness initiatives and activities that enhance the employee experience within the company, in accordance with company policies and procedures, while ensuring the needs of all employees are fully considered.
- Define and implement the activities of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program in accordance with local strategy and regional and global guidelines.
- Skilled in change management, internal communication and design, project management and coaching.
