China Three Gorges Latam is a general leader in clean energy, with a rapidly expanding presence across Latin America. As part of our growth, we are strengthening our Internal Audit function to enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls across all areas of the business.

We are looking for a Audit Specialist with a strong foundation in accounting and audit, who is interested in gaining exposure beyond finance into operational, compliance, and corporate governance audits.

What you will do:
- Plan, execute, and document internal audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan and the designed audit methodology.
- Contribute to the development and periodic update of the risk‑based internal audit plan.
- Coordinate internal audits across different projects, locations, functional areas, and the internal audit function.
- Provide necessary support to external auditors, when required, on specific matters.
- Promote effective collaboration and teamwork with audited areas and other internal stakeholders, as applicable.
- Evaluate supporting documentation, processes,



and key controls to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations and audit reports for the Audit Manager and provide assistance during presentations to the Board Office and Audit Committee.
- Follow up on management action plans arising from previous audit engagements.
- Prepare special reports as required by Corporate Management, the Board Office, or the Audit Manager.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industiral Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in internl audit / risk‑based internal auditing.
- Experience assessing internal controls under recognized frameworks (COSO Internal Control / COSO ERM), ISO
