The Team

Our Financial Restructuring Advisory team is an established and high‑performing team within A&M; Colombia with a focus on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives both in and out of bankruptcy or financial distress. We are looking to expand this team further by adding an experienced and highly qualified Manager.

How you will contribute
- Advise companies, investors, lenders,



or other stakeholders facing distressed situations; assess group‑level financial performance and conduct high‑level studies of the financial viability of subsidiary companies.
- Conduct independent business reviews, initial diagnostic assessments of key issues and the business outlook, appraisal of options & contingency planning, and cash‑flow assessments.
- Evaluate business plans and financial projections, including assessments of risks and opportunities, and contribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation.
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the community through the delivery of value‑added client engagements.

Qualifications
- Graduated in Finance, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience within restructuring projects or distressed situations.
- Experience contributing to restructuring projects that can include independent business reviews, short‑term cash‑flow assessments, capital‑structure analysis, and lender restructuring options analysis.
