We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer for our client. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with all business functions, from IC to VP-level stakeholders. This role will fall under the DANA (Data Analytics and Automation) team, your primary responsibility is to support a data-driven decision‑making culture within Quicknode. Additional day‑to‑day work will include developing data analyses to help inform and optimize decision‑making, process optimisation, and automating work. Defining and operationalising the tracking of company‑wide and department‑specific KPIs, identifying patterns, and recommending actionable insights to improve how we build products and grow the business. This role will be reporting directly to our Data Engineering Manager and you will identify ways to provide insightful access to all teams. The idóneo candidate will have a background in working at startups, specifically “SaaS” companies,



and have dealt with a variety of industry‑standard metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, ACV, NPS, and more. The ideal strengths we are looking for in this candidate are strong SQL and data modelling skills. This role will wear multiple hats and sometimes have to fill the role of an analytics engineer. Additionally, this role often requires handling multiple ad‑hoc requests weekly, necessitating frequent context switches. The candidate must be adept at managing this rapid pace and shift in direction without losing focus and productivity. Another primary objective of this role is to enable self‑service reporting further, reducing the team's overall workload.
