What You'll Do
- Hire A players: work with the co‑founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks
- Act like a founder: go beyond the scope of work and priorities, have the freedom, ownership, and be willing to get your hands dirty
- Be data‑driven: track pipelines, conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire
- Sell the vision: be one of the first impressions of ARQ, telling our story in a way that excites and converts top talent

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates
