About this Role
The Investment Associate role is embedded within ThirdWay Partners’ Asset Management division. This position will spearhead the launch and deployment of a climate‑focused fund in Latin America, a project initiated in collaboration with a leading private equity firm renowned for its work in emerging markets.



The successful candidate will be expected to engage actively in the investment process, including sourcing, structuring, execution, and portfolio management. Responsibilities
- Originate and source investment opportunities in the focus sectors.
- Support the complete investment process: due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and execution.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate credit capacity and financial health.
- Prepare compelling Investment Committee materials.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to assist in negotiations and document drafting.
