About The Role

We are looking for a part-time Real Estate Caller to support a growing real estate team by helping pre-qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.

This is a non-sales, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for speaking with potential buyers and sellers, following a structured script, identifying serious prospects, and making sure the right leads are passed to the agents for follow-up.

What You’ll Do




- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with new real estate leads
- Follow a clear script to understand readiness, motivation, budget, and timeline
- Identify qualified prospects and filter out non-serious leads
- Log accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Tag and assign qualified leads to the right team members
- Maintain clean and consistent lead data

What We’re Looking For
- Clear and professional spoken communication
- Comfortable following scripts and structured conversations
- Strong attention to detail and reliability with data entry
- Basic to strong CRM experience
- Experience with Lofty is strongly preferred, but not required
- Organized, consistent, and process-driven

Nice to Have
- Experience calling or qualifying real estate leads
- Experience with inbound leads from ads or marketing campaigns
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer support, or lead coordination
