Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Conduct interviews and support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Portugal and Spain




- Ensure a strong candidate experience, with clear communication and consistent follow‑up
- Coordinate and contribute to onboarding and integration process for new team members

Deployment & Compliance with Work Regulations
- Manage and update employee handbooks and HR documentation
- Coordinate/follow up on payroll and benefits administration
- Support time management processes
- Support disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and proper documentation
- Ensure legal compliance and provide operational HR support aligned with local requirements

Global Projects
- Support development of Team Members by promoting and deploying relevant tools
- Support first‑level managers and team members in their professional development.
