Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with business units to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee implementation of new processes and adjust as needed.
- Train staff on new technologies, workflows, and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sugar Technology, Engineering, or Science.
- Extensive experience in large-scale sugar, ethanol, and power plant operations, with hands-on knowledge across the value chain is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Strong track record in enhancing efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Proficient in deploying AI, IoT, and advanced digital technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong proficiency in English.
