At TP, we are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop commercial teams specialized in B2B technology and digital advertising sales.
This role is key to driving team performance, optimizing commercial KPIs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, combining operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
? What are we looking for?
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising solutions, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (general knowledge of SEO is a plus).
- Experience leading teams (preferably in technology, digital advertising, or BPO environments).
- Advanced English level (B2+/C1) to collaborate with integral teams and clients.
