Title: IT Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Sezzle IT Operations Analyst, you will serve as the primary IT Operations contact in Colombia, responsible for local device inventory management, Google Workspace administration, MDM implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You will provide end users with the highest level of IT support and ensure smooth operation of our technology stack.

Compensation

The compensation range is $1,500 - $2,000 USD GROSS per month as a contractor, with potential adjustments based on education, experience, qualifications, and market alignment.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for device inventory procurement, deployment, physical security, and management for employees in Colombia, covering macOS and Windows OS-based devices.
- Respond promptly to incoming ITSD tickets in Jira, working from inception to completion.
- Contribute to the resolution of initiative-based items in our Jira backlog to support a proactive IT Operations team.




- Maintain awareness of technical changes across our large application stack and be well-versed in IT Security, communicating insights to the engineering team and broader organization.
- Obtain and provision hardware and software requests as assigned, with on-call responsibilities and occasional after‑hours work.
- Conduct IT Operations onboarding training for new hires and process IT-focused employee termination responsibilities.
- Contribute to existing and future IT audit work on access control history and quarterly software vendor audits.

What We Look For
- Fluency in English.
- Based in Bogota, Colombia, with the ability to work remotely and in‑office as required.
- 2–6 years of experience in relevant IT operations roles.
- A team‑oriented mindset, excellent communication, patience, and a willingness to learn.
