Seeking a Spanish-speaking Marketing Campaign Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Position: Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement / B2B Agreement

Remuneration: Base salary.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across LATAM in line with global priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, social, email, performance support, partnerships, and events.
- Plan and deliver local brand activations including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotions.
- Manage localization and rollout of marketing assets in Spanish while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support execution of CRM campaigns covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys.
- Own campaign operations including briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance, and delivery tracking.
- Act as the regional execution point of contact between Central Marketing and LATAM teams.




- Identify execution bottlenecks and improve campaign workflows and operational efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign delivery and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
- 3+ years experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- FX / FinTech industry experience is a must.
- Proven experience delivering multi-market campaigns and coordinating cross-country stakeholders.
- Hands‑on exposure to CRM platforms and email campaign execution (HubSpot is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
- Solid understanding of LATAM markets.
- Experience in regulated, fintech, or financial services environments is a plus.
