Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to join our team in Barranquilla. This role combines sales, carrier relationship management, and logistics operations. You will be responsible for negotiating rates, booking loads, planning transportation routes, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and onboard new carriers to expand our transportation network.
- Negotiate rates and secure contracts with carriers to maximize profitability.
- Book and manage loads, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
- Plan and optimize routes for cost efficiency and on-time performance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Monitor load status and proactively resolve any service issues.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to meet KPIs and business goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in direct sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English level B2–C1 (mandatory for international communication).
