Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our outreach and lead qualification efforts. This is an entry-level remote role designed for individuals who want to grow a career in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- As an SDR, you will be responsible for starting conversations with potential clients, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential leads
- Send outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book meetings and demos
- Track activity in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects
Qualifications
- Strong written English
- Clear communication and professionalism
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or email outreach
What We Offer
- $10/hour starting rate + commission uncapped (2k+) per month
