About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support the visual performance of product listings across a growing portfolio of brands. This role is key to improving conversion rates through high-quality, data-driven design tailored to eCommerce environments.
While prior Amazon experience is a strong plus, we are open to training a skilled designer with solid eCommerce or performance-driven design experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting visuals for product listings, including main images, infographics, and lifestyle compositions
- Create and optimize A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) and Brand Store visuals (Amazon experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with PPC and Marketplace teams to align creatives with campaign strategies and performance goals
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify visual trends and opportunities for differentiation
- Perform A/B testing on creatives to improve click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate
- Ensure all designs follow platform guidelines and best practices
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design for eCommerce, marketing, or performance-driven environm
