We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving bookings. This role blends sales outreach + light marketing support to grow our programs across schools, libraries, and community organizations. You’ll be reaching out to potential partners, following up with past clients, and helping fill our calendar with exciting science programs.
This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys sales/outreach and wants to directly impact revenue—not just ‘post on social media.’
What You’ll Do (Core Focus: Outreach & Booking)
- Call and email schools, camps, and organizations to book programs
- Follow up with past clients who haven’t rebooked (summer, clubs, events)
- Promote seasonal campaigns:
- Summer camps (“Summer Calendar Promo”)
- Fall after-school programs (ASP)
- EOG prep workshops
- Holiday events (Halloween, Winter, Spring Break)
- Build and manage contact lists (principals, STEM coordinators, libraries, etc.)
- Track outreach and responses (simple CRM or spreadsheet)
Marketing Support (Secondary)
- Assist with email campaigns (schools, libraries, parents)
- Update social media with local, relevant content
- Help refresh flyers and outreach materials
- Support website updates for current campaigns
General Support
- Respond to inquiries via phone/email
- Help identify new partnership opportunities
- Book programs in
