As a specialist in Nearshore services, Stefanini Latam Digital Hub connects top-tier Latin American talent with general enterprise projects. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and delivering high-impact digital solutions across borders.
The Role
You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable network connectivity across more than 500 locations. You will monitor WAN health, coordinate service restoration, and collaborate with global teams to ensure business continuity across offices, plants, and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Response: Continuously monitor WAN performance and availability across North American sites.
- Incident Leadership: Lead service restoration for outages by coordinating with ISPs, third-party management providers, and internal IT teams.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Apply strong Cisco networking skills and CLI tools to diagnose issues and perform root-cause analysis.




- Service Management: Use enterprise tools like SolarWinds, Orion, and NetFlow to identify trends and triage incidents.
- Collaboration: Participate in biweekly review meetings to analyze outages and improve processes.

What You Need to Succeed
- Language: Advanced English level is mandatory (written and spoken) for clear communication with stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with WAN technologies including MPLS, SDWAN, DMVPN, Fiber, and Broadband.
- Cisco Proficiency: Excellent troubleshooting skills in Cisco environments and proficiency with Cisco switch CLI.
- Tooling: Experience with WAN monitoring tools (SolarWinds/Orion) and IT ticketing systems.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or enterprise-scale network operations.
