We are looking for a Resume Writer & Coach with experience building resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, corporate bios, and/or various business content (websites, marketing materials, as well as providing coaching sessions to develop interviewing skills). You will build technical resumes using STAR (Situation‑Task‑Action‑Results), CAR (Challenge‑Action‑Results), and KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) writing techniques.

Functional Responsibilities
- Create (rewrite) professional resumes for tech talent, identifying candidates’ strengths, skills and accomplishments, and presenting them in a way that is accurate, attractive and business‑oriented to recruiters and technical interviewers, based on industry keywords and client‑specific requests.
- Gather and analyze information from multiple sources (previous resumes, interviews, LinkedIn profiles, etc.) to ensure that the resumes are complete, updated, and contain the correct keywords for their respective industries.
