About the role

As a key member of our PMO team, you will drive complex projects from initiation to successful delivery with minimal oversight, requiring only periodic guidance from a manager. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of execution and strategy—independently scoping projects, designing custom methodologies, and building the infrastructure needed to scale.

You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and senior leaders,



applying both technical and business knowledge to shape product direction, simplify processes, and ensure our initiatives perfectly align with organizational goals. What you’ll do
- Independently design, scope, and run projects from initiation to delivery with limited revisions required, managing schedule, resources, and scope along the way.
- Establish and simplify processes (such as feature roadmap prioritization, product lifecycles, and audit mechanisms). Build custom methodologies, project infrastructure, testing approaches, and controls.
- Shape the vision, goals, and roadmaps of our products and projects. Translate complex or ambiguous business problems into actionable requirements and deliverables, and support team goal-setting.
