What You Will Be Responsible For

Source Activation & Execution
- Identify and onboard new lead sources (affiliates, call centers, partners).
- Launch sources quickly and ensure they go live without delays.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and remove blockers fast.

Lead Generation & Performance
- Ensure every source produces qualified leads consistently.
- Monitor performance and optimize underperforming sources.
- Scale high performing channels.

Partner Management
- Act as the main point of contact for lead partners.
- Set clear expectations and hold partners accountable.
- Ensure alignment on volume, quality, and timelines.

Problem Solving & Optimization
- Identify gaps in setup, tracking, or execution.
- Fix issues quickly and keep momentum moving.
- Improve systems to increase speed and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has done this before,



not someone who wants to learn it.

Must-Have
- Experience launching or managing lead sources, affiliates, or partners.
- Proven ability to take something from 0 to live to producing.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Ability to solve problems independently and move fast.

Strong Plus
- Experience with call centers, affiliate networks, or performance marketing.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion metrics.
- Background in B2B partnerships or outbound growth.

Not a Fit If You
- Wait for instructions instead of taking ownership.
- Speak in generalities without real examples.
- Have only supported execution (but not owned it).
- Move slow or need constant follow-up.
