We are looking for a Drayage Coordinator to join our team and support daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient container movement and timely communication with customers, drivers, and ports.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor drayage shipments from ports, rail yards, and customer facilities
- Schedule appointments and dispatch drivers according to operational needs
- Track container movement and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Manage documentation related to drayage operations, including delivery orders and container information
- Handle escalations, delays,



and operational issues while providing effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures
- Support daily reporting and maintain accurate shipment records

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in drayage, logistics, or transportation operations
- Knowledge of port and container operations preferred
- Availability to work different shifts or weekends if needed
