Business Development Manager (Physical Presence)

Revolut – Business Development Manager role focused on driving growth through strategic retail initiatives in Colombia. You’ll be targeting high‑traffic locations in Medellín, including high‑street retailers, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls.

About The Role

Business Development drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. As a Business Development Manager you will own and drive a strategic retail initiative in Colombia.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify appropriate site locations and negotiate with retailers, property managers and owners to secure contracts.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential locations.
- Exceed quantitative and qualitative targets set by management.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with site owners throughout the contract lifecycle.




- Participate in installation and deployment planning, collaborating with Operations and external subcontractors.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Perform frequent field visits to monitor and ensure quality.

What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of experience in outbound or field sales, ideally for a physical product.
- Based in Medellín with flexibility and willingness to travel across the city.
- A proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and building client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
