Responsibilities
- Put together compelling emails, tailor eye‑catching LinkedIn messages & master your cold‑calling elevator pitch to win over clients.
- Research accounts and key stakeholders and decision‑makers’ backgrounds and work across our solution teams to create content that your prospect users will not be able to ignore.
- Support in prospecting new clients and managing commercial leads.
- Collaboration with internal teams for the execution of strategic projects across the Americas.
- Contribution to the client contract closing process and activation of Dialectica’s services across various geographies.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or experience in business development is a plus (but not required).
