Overall Purpose Of The Role

The ProLAC Manager leads the ProLAC initiative, a regional initiative that brings together humanitarian organisations in Latin America to strengthen protection monitoring and analysis through harmonised approaches and tools, to generate evidence to inform humanitarian response and strategic advocacy. Under the supervision of the Steering Committee, the ProLAC Manager will provide coordinated and strategic leadership for its implementation and further development. This role is responsible for strategy development, coordination with partners and stakeholders (duty‑bearers, UN agencies, Civil Society Organisations), planning and implementation, advocacy and external relations, and fundraising.
