We are seeking a senior-level Commercial Analytics Lead to drive advanced analytical reviews, operational excellence, and data-driven recommendations across commercial processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to lead complex analyses while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate complex analytical outputs and commercial decision frameworks.
- Lead reviews related to commercial performance, margins, and scenarios.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of analytical processes.
- Lead mid-sized cross-functional analytical initiatives.
- Support development of new commercial methodologies and analytical frameworks.
- Coach and review analysts’ work, ensuring analytical rigor and quality.
- Provide expert input into revenue and commercial assessments.
- Contribute to automation and AI initiatives through data and logic validation.

Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy,



finance, or revenue intelligence roles.
- Advanced analytical, scenario evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience with Excel, analytics tools, and decision frameworks.
- Ability to independently lead complex analyses with senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
