Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will work directly with one of our valued clients, leading and managing a

team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across

identified markets.



You will be responsible for executing sales strategy, directing team focus, and ensuring

consistent pipeline development while partnering closely with Sales and Client Relations teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Executing sales strategies to achieve new logo goals across assigned markets

and segments.
- Team Leadership: Managing, coaching, and monitoring the BDR team against established KPIs to drive

performance and results.
- Targeting & Segmentation: Directing BDR resources toward appropriate targets and ensuring clear

segment focus.
- Strategic Research: Identifying and researching potential clients through online research, networking,

and inbound inquiries.
- Lead Qualification Oversight: Managing lead qualification by ensuring alignment between prospect

needs and company products or services.
- Pipeline Management: Managing and maintaining an active team pipeline with
