Position Summary
As an Independent Regional Sales Manager, you will support territory sales growth and market development initiatives within the assigned region. You will expand market awareness and product knowledge by becoming a trusted advisor through presentations, seminars, training sessions, and regular face-to-face sales activities with engineers, contractors, consultants, and building owners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions and seminars for clients, mechanical engineers, contractors, and building owners at customer locations and/or company facilities.




- Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports.
- Develop strong relationships with current and prospective customers through regular face-to-face sales calls and business development activities.
- Provide technical and product support to customers and internal sales contacts, identifying and resolving customer challenges.
- Develop sales call schedules and territory development plans to improve market penetration and brand awareness.
- Perform system analysis, interpret technical data, and provide written recommendations to support customer operations and project requirements.
- Perform unit selections, organize bid preparation documents, and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
