POSITION OVERVIEW

LoXi is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for an automotive customer recovery project

Agents will contact customers who previously received automotive repair/service estimates but did not complete the recommended work. The primary objective is to re-engage customers, handle objections, and schedule service appointments

This is a sales-focused role requiring strong communication skills, confidence, and customer service orientation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to existing leads/customers
- Follow up on pending vehicle service estimates




- Re-engage customers and promote appointment scheduling
- Handle objections professionally
- Schedule appointments using Meineke’s booking platform
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
- Meet daily KPIs and productivity goals
- Represent Meineke and LoXi professionally at all times

REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Qualifications:
✔ Minimum B2 English Level (spoken and written)
✔ Previous sales experience
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Comfortable handling outbound calls
✔ Customer service mindset
✔ Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
- Call center experience
- Appointment-setting experience
- Automotive industry exposure
- Bilingual English/Spanish
