Job Title: Order / Data Entry (LATAM)

Location: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 1 year

Work Schedule (rotational shifts):
- 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order / Data Entry professional to join our team and support order management operations across LATAM. In this role, you will ensure the successful creation of orders in SAP, manage customer purchase orders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the order entry process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful creation of orders in SAP, either manually or through different platforms.
- Download purchase orders from customer portals (Distributor or End Customer).
- Review, report, and follow up on order entry errors via EDI or other platforms.
- Perform daily follow-up on order status and invoicing.
- Manage price differences in customer orders.
- Administer the Order Entry Portal: upload and update catalogs and images.




- Send reports on order entry and price differences.
- Communicate order entry status including order closures, price changes, product reference changes, and updates.
- Create orders for rebilling (re-invoice).
- Drive continuous improvement related to the order entry process.

Requirements:
- Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree or Licentiate degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year in related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP knowledge.
- Language: Basic English.

Skills:
- High level of proactivity.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.

Work Environment:
- Location: Hybrid (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica).
- Contract Duration: 1 year.
- Schedule: Rotational shifts starting between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bogotá, Cundinamarca
